SHIATSU is the gentle oriental art of using hand pressure to energize and relax the body.

SPORTS MASSAGE helps athletes improve flexibility and speeds recovery time.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE focuses on connective tissues and works deep into the muscle to help ease and release long held patterns of muscular tension.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE helps alleviate back pain for expectant mothers, aids in circulation, and gives the mother rest and relief from the discomfort of pregnancy.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY is gentle, even foot massage which relaxes and reduces stress and tension.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE integrates neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue and reflexology with Swedish strokes to help relax and restore balance to the body.

ON-SITE CHAIR MASSAGE is provided at our office, or your home or office. It includes a short, seated massage which usually covers the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. No oil products are used, and the chair massage takes place with you fully clothed.
